The free Maternal and Child Health app (MCH app) provides reliable information for families matched to the age of their child. The app can also track a child’s growth and remind families about upcoming MCH appointments or immunisations.

Parents/carers wanting extra developmental support and information for their child from birth to school-aged.
The MCH app does not replace key ages & stages visits offered through the Universal MCH Service or Aboriginal-led MCH Service.
What you can get
The MCH app Provides parents/carers with reliable information about a child’s wellbeing and development including:
- immunisation and MCH schedule
- developmental milestones
- safety and& injury prevention
- play, learning, sleeping and nutrition
- family relationships and wellbeing
- contact details for key services in the community such as Australian Immunisation Register, Nurse on Call and Playgroup Victoria.
The MCH app is also available in Arabic, Chinese (Simplified), Dari, Khmer, Persian, Punjabi, Spanish and Vietnamese.

Search for the free ‘MCH app’ via the App Store on a smart mobile phone.
Android and iOs are both available.
